the air conditioner was beyond disruptive and ruined my beauty sleep. also, the toilet was a complete struggle—who designed these things, a contortionist? on top of that, I expected some special little treat as a welcome since I am a VIP after all, but nope, just regular service here. could've been good, but sadly, it wasn’t.
